Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policies

Bed Linen If you have placed an order and you change your mind and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before the goods are dispatched. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but can offer a partial refund. If the goods have been manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but can offer a partial refund.

Mattresses - If you have ordered a replacement mattress and you change your mind and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before sizes are confirmed. Once sizes/dimensions are confirmed for mattresses they automatically go into the manufacture process. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but may be able to offer a partial refund. If the goods have been completely manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but may in exceptional circumstances be able to offer you a partial refund.

Upholstery Upon booking we take a 30% non-refundable deposit for secure your booking slot, meaning we do not take any other upholstery work on during your allotted time. If you wish to cancel, the 30% deposit is non-refundable and we require at least 72 hours notice.

Delivery Time and Shipping

Bed Linen & Mattress Toppers:

Standard UK* Delivery - If you have selected Standard Delivery please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. We do always aim to get orders to you before the 28 working days however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee they will be with you sooner. Depending on the size of the parcel your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail or via a tracked courier service. If you placed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched.

Express UK* Delivery If you have selected Express Delivery please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. We always aim to get express orders out sooner however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee it will be with you sooner than the given time. All express orders are dispatched via a tracked courier service which should be delivered the next working day between 8am-6pm. If you placed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched. Working days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

7 Days UK* Delivery If you have selected 7 day delivery please allow 7 working days for delivery. We always aim to get 7 day orders out sooner however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee they will be with you sooner than the given time. All express orders are dispatched via a tracked courier service which should be delivered the next working day between 8am-6pm. If you placed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched. Working days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

*UK delivery excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. Delivery to these destinations is available, please contact the office on 01524 844106 for prices.

Mattress Delivery:

Standard Mattress Delivery* - All mattresses are made to order and can take up to 28 working days on standard delivery. We always aim to deliver the mattress earlier however as they are made bespoke it is a specialised process.

Express Mattress Delivery* - If your mattress is on express delivery, please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be delivered. Working days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

7 Days Mattress Delivery* - This is a 7 working day service. Please note your order will be delivered within 7 working days. Working days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

*Please select the appropriate delivery location when ordering your mattress. Certain postal areas incur extra charges. For example; Scottish addresses incur a 5 surcharge.

As soon as your mattress is ready we will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. We will not dispatch your order until we have spoken with you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Our mattresses are delivered via Tuffnells courier service between 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday. As we use Tuffnells for delivery the mattress does require a signature. If there is nobody in and Tuffnells are unable to deliver there is an extra delivery charge, each time delivery fails there is 15 charge. There does need to be someone in to sign for the goods when they are delivered, the packaging needs to be checked before signing for the mattress. Please check the packaging thoroughly before signing for the goods to ensure there is not damage to the actual mattress. If the mattress is signed for and is damaged unfortunately we are unable to accept any responsibility for the goods, we will always make this very clear over the phone when your order is ready for dispatch. If the mattress is damaged, please do not sign for the mattress refusing the delivery and inform us right away on 01524 844106.

Sizes/Dimensions

Bed Linen - All of our bedding is custom made to ensure you receive the correct sizes items. We have a database of sizes for most UK Caravans and Motorhome. Some sizes may have to be provided if we do not have them on our system. If you have specific sizes you require please do ensure you make us aware at the time of order, either over the phone, via email or via the special instructions box through our online checkout. All Boat/Yacht orders sizes/drawings do have to be provided to ensure they are the correct size; items will be made to the sizes that you provide.

Mattresses All mattress sizes will be sent over to you for confirmation once an order is placed. We ask if you can check the sizes against your existing mattress and confirm they are correct via email. If you are unable to check the sizes, please make us aware at the time of order or as soon as possible after an order has been placed. Once the sizes have been confirmed the mattress will be completed and any alterations to the sizes thereafter may result in an alterations charge. Please allow 3-5 days for the sizes to be emailed over to you, we normally send the sizes to you same/next day however during busier periods it can sometimes take a little longer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Bed Linen - Upon receipt of your delivery if you notice any damage to the parcel please refuse delivery and contact us on 01524 844106.

After delivery has taken place if you notice any damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 10 working days of delivery either via email or over the phone on 01524 844106.

In the event of damaged or faulty goods we may ask you to send photographs of the issue to help us in resolving the matter.

All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee however we are not responsible for general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing.

Mattresses - Upon receipt of your delivery if you notice any damage to the mattress please refuse delivery and contact us on 01524 844106. Please DO NOT sign for the mattress.

Returns and Exchanges

Bed Linen - Please double check that you have ordered the correct size and colours before we commence manufacture (within three days).

If you are unhappy with the colour and wish to exchange, this is possible on certain items, please contact us on 01524 844106 or via email (info@jonic-uk.co.uk) to find out if your item applies. If your item has been custom made you cannot exchange the bedding.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the fabric and wish to return for a refund this is possible on certain items, please contact us on 01524 844106 or via email (info@jonic-uk.co.uk) to find out if your item applies. If your item has been custom made, we will not be able to offer you a refund. We do also offer a FREE sample service to avoid this.

Mattresses - All mattresses are nonreturnable as they are all custom products. We are unable to accept mattresses back for exchange or a refund.

Customer Privacy & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Swich, Delta and Solo Credit Cards. For internet orders payment can either be taken over the phone on 01524 844106 or via SagePay. Telephone orders can be paid over the phone on 01524 844106. Telephone payments are processed while you are on the phone meaning we do not keep any of your card details on file.

Customer details are kept in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act. We NEVER supply third parties with any customer details.
