Refund policy

Cancellation Policies 


Bed Linen  and mattress toppers – If you have placed an order and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before the goods are dispatched. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but can offer a partial refund. If the goods have been manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but can offer a partial refund. 


Mattresses – If you have ordered a mattress and you change your mind and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before sizes are confirmed. Once sizes/dimensions are confirmed for a mattresses they automatically go into the manufacture process. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but may be able to offer a partial refund. If the goods have been completely manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but may in exceptional circumstances be able to offer you a partial refund. 

 

Returns for bedding 

If you are not happy with your bedding, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Since our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer a full refund for reasons other than damage or incorrect sizing. If you have an issue with your bedding, we may ask for photographs to help us understand the problem.   

You have 30 days from delivery to check the sizing of your bedding. After this time, you will be unable to receive a refund or exchange.  

All our products come with a 5 year product guarantee; however, this does not cover general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing. 

  

Returns for mattress toppers 

If your mattress topper isn’t meeting your expectations, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a full refund is not available for mattress toppers for reasons beyond damage or incorrect sizing. If you have a complaint about your mattress topper, we may ask for photographs to help us understand the problem.    

You have 30 days from delivery to check the sizing of your mattress topper. After this time, you will be unable to receive a refund or exchange

Returns for mattresses 


Returns are only accepted if the mattress is faulty, excluding general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment, or sizing issues.   

If you wish to return your mattress, there will be a £50 collection fee.

Returns for gift cards

Each gift card has a designated value and can be used in full or partial payment toward an order. If the total purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid using a valid payment method. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
